So, if this guy wants to be her lover he has to have sex with all her friends? How would that make anyone’s relationship last forever? A seven year old I used to babysit in my teens sang this song word for word and every time I would think to myself, why would any parent allow their child to sing about getting with a girl’s friends much less taking a lover?
